Methodology Assessment of client’s needs The first step in the search process involves consultation with the client regarding their needs. We start by developing a comprehensive understanding of the organization, the culture, business goals as well as job requirements. Preparation of Job Description Here we define and develop an ideal candidate profile. We determine along with the client the required set of skills and experience, the organization structure, whom the position reports to, the soft skills essential for the role and the approximate salary package. Determining Search strategy Our consultants undertake a preliminary market study to determine the specific search from which suitable candidates can be sourced. We then decide which one is to be used for sourcing the candidate - through advertisements, referrals, headhunting and referring to our extensive database. Identification of Candidates Our consultants use their experience, vast contacts and creativity to identify potential candidates. The profiles are thoroughly screened to see whether they meet the job specifications. The candidates are then spoken to regarding the job and their interest in particular job is confirmed. Conducting technical and non-technical tests Based on the client’s requirements, we design and administer technical tests to evaluate the candidates’ technical capabilities. We also conduct non-technical tests to evaluate other parameters that the client is looking for. Recommendations A list of qualified candidates together with brief profiles is presented to the client and recommendations are made on those who best meet the specifications, based on the consultants’ interview with them. Our efforts are to send maximum four short listed candidates. Scheduling Meetings On receiving the shortlist from the client, our consultants will schedule a mutually convenient meeting between the client and each candidate. After each session, feedback is obtained from both parties concerned and interest levels on both sides are monitored. Salary Negotiations We assist both the client and the candidate, in discussing and structuring a competitive and equitable package as per prevailing market conditions. Conducting Reference Checks Once the candidate has been finalized for a position, our consultant conducts a reference check by contacting individuals and re-confirms about the candidate’s qualifications, experience and personality. Handholding After a successful candidate has started on the job, we keep in touch with both the candidate and the client, to ensure a smooth integration into the organization. Payroll
